In a recent article about this years ACCT conference, a guy by the name of Joe was mentioned as being the one that was roped in to taking all of us to the Wild West so we could do some line dancing. Well, in return for that favor, he asked that we do something for him. He wanted to make Valentine’s Day something special for his wife se we came up with a plan. We would make and serve them dinner after which they would go to the Java and Jazz event on campus. Since Lynette did all the cooking it was up to me and the three L’s (Laurinda, Leah, and Lauren) to give them a night to remember. Well, that is exactly what
we did. From the romantic atmosphere with fabulous background music to the menu cards and superb food, the night ran without a hitch and with a few memorable moments captured.
