| Still making it in the $5 limit. Bought fabric, crafted paint, and ribbon this year. Used the white material from last year's costume. All the rest I found around the house including old nylons, bubble wrap, cardboard, an old luffa, and battery operated lights. and of course, where would I be without the old trusted hot glue gun! |
