A spontaneous leaf study happened today as I walked through the Hawaii Tropical Botanical Garden. Maybe my two month absence caused my eye to see things differently or the light was highlighting things just right. Whatever the case, I marvel at the size, colors, texture, the shapes, and the fine details of each beautiful leaf. #iheartnature #bigislandbliss #varigated #leaflove #fingerprintofgod

Blank Canvas: First Office

Started a new job (Parent Consultant for therapeutic foster homes as part of  Nā ‘Ohana Pulāma in the Youth Enrichment Services division at Catholic Charities Hawaii) with my very first office all to myself. It came complete with a floor lamp, a yoga mat, and boxes of binders. The first time I have had free reign over how I want the space to be.
First task: assemble the desk.

I am already loving the work space!
